Is the display really free?
Yes, completely free. We provide the commercial-grade 55″ display, professional installation, ongoing maintenance, and technical support at no cost to you. The only cost is approximately $10-15/month in electricity.
What type of businesses qualify for free displays?
We work with businesses where customers typically wait 3+ minutes and have 50+ daily visitors. This includes restaurants, cafes, hair salons, medical offices, auto service centers, fitness studios, and professional services.
How long does the installation process take?
The entire process from application to live display takes 7-14 days. The actual installation takes 1-2 hours and is handled by our professional Calgary team outside of your normal business hours, to disturb your business as little as possible.
What will appear on my display?
Your display shows a mix of your own business content (specials, announcements, promotions) and content from other non-competing local businesses in your area. All content is professionally produced and family-friendly.
Do I have control over what appears on my screen?
All content is family-friendly, professional, and locally relevant. We never show competing businesses on your display, and we carefully curate content to match Calgary’s community values. If you ever have concerns about specific content, just let us know and we’ll address it promptly.
How often can I update my content?
As often as you’d like, within reason! Changes can be made quickly by us through our system. Want to promote tomorrow’s holiday lunch special? We can have it live within 24 hours.
Do I need to turn the TV on and off every day?
In most cases, our displays have the ability to turn off and on automatically, but in rare circumstances, you may need to turn the display on or off.
What if the display breaks or has technical issues?
We provide complete technical support and maintenance. If hardware fails, we replace it immediately at no cost. Our Calgary support team responds within 24 hours to any issues.
Does the display stream content, increasing my internet usage bill significantly?
No. Our service downloads the content to the local device, and until a change is pushed to the display by a change from us, the content remains local, and does not stream live from our servers. You will be downloading the content the first time it is sent, and this will be around 500mb. If you have concerns about this, let us know and we will walk you through the process.
What if I want to remove the display?
No problem. We have month-to-month agreements with no long-term contracts. If it’s not working for your business, we’ll remove it at no cost with 30 days notice.

Ad frequency depends on your package. Typically ads run for 15-30 seconds and appear every 10-15 minutes during business hours. We ensure your message gets seen without overwhelming viewers.
Do you create the ads or do I need to provide them?
We handle complete video ad production as part of our service. Our team creates professional, engaging video content based on your messaging, branding, and goals.
Can I provide my own content?
Yes, if you have existing video content that meets our quality and format standards, we can use it. We’ll review it to ensure optimal performance on our network.
How long does it take to create an ad?
New ads are typically completed within 5-7 business days. Rush production (24-48 hours) is available for time-sensitive promotions.
Can I make changes to my ads once they're running?
A: Yes, ad updates can be made anytime. Minor changes take 1-2 business days, while major revisions take 3-5 days.
